With over 15 years of formal practice and more than 40,000 hours working with energy and intuitive perception, I’ve trained and guided hundreds of professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders to bring their intuition into practical, real-world application.
My work lives at the intersection of logic and intuition. I hold a degree in Finance from the University of Portland Business School, a certificate in German, and spent years in the corporate world before stepping fully into this work. I understand systems, strategy, and decision-making — and I also understand energy, perception, and subtle intelligence.
The result is a grounded, precise approach to intuition that creates tangible outcomes. Clients come to this work to make clearer decisions in business, career, wealth, relationships, and life direction — and stay because the tools integrate deeply and continue working long after our time together.
At the core of my work is a foundational method I developed through years of practice and listening, called Holding the Light. It’s the skill of receiving clear intuitive information while holding steady, intentional energy — allowing insight and movement to happen simultaneously. This method is used across my work, whether supporting personal clarity, professional expansion, energetic healing, or intuitive development.
People often begin applying this work in one area of their life, and quickly notice a ripple effect across others. Clarity in business improves relationships. Energetic boundaries shift experiences with money. Inner coherence changes how life unfolds.
I’ve been seeing and working with energy since childhood. In my twenties, I was deeply intuitive but chronically exhausted — grateful for my life, yet disconnected from myself. I studied widely, worked with many practitioners, became a Reiki Master, and ultimately learned that intuition without integration leads to burnout. Integration is what creates sustainability, confidence, and expansion.
After leaving corporate and practicing full-time, I became the quiet advisor behind the scenes for professionals, athletes, creatives, entrepreneurs, and fellow practitioners — the person they return to when they need clarity they can trust.
This work doesn’t offer answers to follow blindly. It offers skills you’ll use for the rest of your life — including discernment, energetic integrity, intuitive decision-making, and self-trust.
I’m also the host of the Your Energy First podcast, now over three years running and ranked in the Top 10% of Video Podcasts on Spotify in 2025, where I explore intuition, integration, and lived expansion in a grounded, real-world way.

Everything around me and in my life was perceivably wonderful, and I had deep gratitude for it, yet I had this deep inner sense of feeling exhausted, underwhelmed with life, and this unsettling nudge that kept telling me to search for something that was missing…
